Server monitoring is a major duty for new VPS customers – you need to check how your virtual server is doing, to see if it is overloading, to check if all the services are running properly. It is a task that requires constant attention, and you probably do not have the time to take care of this. By reason of this we suggest that we do the job for you. If you make use of our Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your server and all the processes running on it. Thus, you will have more time for your websites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is obligatory – you never know when something could go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Services solution, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are retained on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. It means that your content will always be protected, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a practically infinite set of options, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services offer, which permits you to ask any of our senior server admins to install any kind of software and to solve any trouble you may have with the server.
