Mailing List Members
What's a mailing list member? How can you become one yourself?
If you make use of a mailing list to get in touch with some or all of the users/visitors on your site on a periodic basis, its subscribers are often referred to as mailing list members. They need to join and to give their categorical consent to get automatic emails. You can add mailing list members manually as well, provided that the mailing list client that you make use of to manage the mailing list permits this. According to the commonly accepted policies, a mailing list member should be able to unsubscribe whenever they like. You, being the administrator, can also delete mailing list members if they should not get email messages for any reason. The messages that each mailing list member gets will have only one email address in the "To" section, not the addresses of all the mailing list members.

Mailing List Members in Shared Hosting
In case you have a Linux shared hosting with us and you create an Internet mailing list, you’ll be able to administer the subscribers easily. You don’t even have to access your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, since you can accomplish everything via email from any place whatsoever. By sending email messages with certain commands to majordomo@yourdomain.com, you’ll get access to lots of features offered by our popular Majordomo mailing list management software application. You can see a full list of all active mailing list members, or if needed – you can add/remove members. If you add a new email address, the user will get a notification and will need to confirm that they accept to be added to the mailing list. Deleting a member is also exceptionally easy – you’ll only need to send an email message to the administrator address associated with the particular mailing list.
- Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers
With our semi-dedicated servers, there is no restriction on the number of mailing list subscribers that you can add. You can administer the mailing list subscriptions without any difficulties using the Majordomo mailing list application that we offer with every semi-dedicated account and as soon as you set up a new mailing list through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section, you’ll be able to add new members. The latter will get an email message in order to confirm that they are willing to get your newsletters in the future and the moment they do that, they will become part of the list. Deleting a mailing list member or viewing all existing mailing list subscribers is also surprisingly easy and involves sending an email message to the mailing list’s admin address, so you will be able to manage everything even if you are not logged in to your hosting Control Panel. We also have help articles with valuable info. - Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers
