When you acquire your own server, you will have more flexibility on what you'll be able to install and run when compared to a shared web hosting account. With a shared service, you've got access just to your own account, hence you are not able to install server-side software. Although this is not an issue for most script-driven applications, there are a few which have certain requirements and need particular software to be present on the hosting server either for some additional functionality or for them to work at all. If you have experience, you won't have any issues to run the machine, but if you do not, you may simply not have the capabilities to manage everything and use the script applications that you want. If that's the case, you can use our Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade, which means that our system admins can setup everything for you and aid you with any difficulties that you may face.

Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers
The upgrade can be obtained for any one of the VPS server plans regardless of the Operating System and CP that you have chosen or the task that you need to be done as our admins will help you with everything related to the software on the hosting server. This includes, but isn't limited to, setting up third-party apps, setting up hosting server options, troubleshooting scripts when they don't perform adequately, and so on. The upgrade includes 1 hour of work and if a specific task requires less time, the rest of the minutes will be available for the future and shall be listed inside the VPS billing Control Panel. You may use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as a standalone upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which provides thirty minutes of custom work on your server. This way, you'll be able to work on your Internet sites without having to worry that you'll not be able to use some app or losing time on technological matters.
- Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
When you need our upgrade for any reason, you can add it to your dedicated server with a couple of clicks from your billing CP or if you will need some custom work on the hosting server as soon as it is put in place, you can obtain the upgrade during the signup procedure and tell us what exactly you need to be done, so everything will be ready once your hosting server is up and running. 60 minutes of custom work are added to your account each and every time you order the upgrade, so you can take full advantage of this service as often as you need. If some task needs less time to be finished, you'll not lose the remaining minutes and they will be available for future tasks. Our upgrade will allow you to concentrate on creating and promoting your Internet sites without spending time on maintaining the dedicated hosting server or the software installed on it. You could take advantage of it if you also use our Managed Services upgrade, but the 30 minutes it provides are not sufficient to execute all tasks which you require. - Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
